Haienaplan offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on haienaplan Pro subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate the order, or email us at haiena@haienaplan.com and we will help you through the process.

After the refund window

After 30 days, monthly subscription payments are non-refundable, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future billing. Cancelled subscriptions remain active until the end of the current billing period.

Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
